We’ve been writing songs together for 32 years. Rob and I met at a seminar on Beowulf at the University of Bristol. We won the Tipperary International Song of Peace competition. Our song Concorde was played at Heathrow on the day the Concorde came to the end of its commercial service. We recorded a new version of Danny Boy at the request of the original songwriter’s descendants.
