Event in a Tent is teaming up with Catherine Skates Catering to bring you the new pop-up Amphitheatre Restaurant, hosted in the grounds of the Eisteddfod, July 3-9. Take a break from the excitement of the Eisteddfod to enjoy a delicious meal under the shade of their Tipis.

Having trained at America’s renowned Culinary Institute, Catherine Skates has 25+ years experience in fine dining under her belt. With her team of professional chefs, Catherine works to combine her love of food, expert cooking, creativity and strong food ethics to bring you food that tastes as good as it looks.

Whether you’re the devout lover of Classics, or the curious type with contemporary taste, Catherine’s menu is sure to delight you. Special dietary restrictions can be catered to, and for the vegetarians out there, fear not; we promise you won’t have to eat another mushroom risotto!
