All Choral Groups must submit:
Applications submitted in accordance with the regulations (as stipulated above) will be examined at our selection day, in late November for Choirs and Groups. Any incomplete application on this day will be automatically disqualified. A letter of confirmation will then be sent out to each successful applicant.
The entry fee for all choirs is £80. This entry fee must be paid by credit or debit card by UK applications by 1 November 2013 for Choir Groups. Full details can be found on the Group application form. The entry fee will be refunded if not selected.
Group Application Procedure
All Dance Groups must submit:

Any incomplete application on this day will be automatically disqualified. A letter of confirmation will then be sent out to each successful applicant.
Entry Fee
The entry fee for all choirs is £80. This entry fee must be paid by credit or debit card by UK applications by 1 November 2013 for Choir Groups. Full details can be found on the Group application form. The entry fee will be refunded if not selected.
All Soloists must submit:
1. Completed application form by 28 FEBRUARY 2014
2. A recent recording (CD, DVD or MP3 file – see application pages for full details)
Selection
Applications introduced in accordance with the regulations as stipulated above will be examined at our selection day, in early March. Any incomplete application on this day will be automatically disqualified. A letter of confirmation will then be sent out to each successful applicant.
Entry Fee
There is no Entry Fee for Soloists.
Accompanist Fee
There will be a charge of £25 per sesion for use of the official accompanist available for competitions 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 13 and 15.
Solo Application Procedure
It is possible to make the most of The Llangollen International experience by applying as a Non-competitive performer where we give you opportunities to perform on the many outside stages we have on the field or in other local venues.
Any group not selected for a competition may be invited to participate at the Eisteddfod by performing on one of our numerous outside stages or in other local venues.
All performing Groups must submit:

The entry fee for all group ‘non-competitive’ performers is £50. This entry fee must be paid by credit or debit card by UK applications by 1 MARCH 2013. Full details can be found on the Non-Competitive Performers application form. The entry fee will be refunded if not selected.
