The Stewards team is responsible for all activities relative to the stewarding of the main arena as well as supporting activities to set up and take down.
Key tasks of Stewards include:
– Stewarding the doors into the main arena of the pavilion throughout the daytime and evening programmes.
– Checking tickets
– Assisting visitors with queries.
– Assisting with the set up and clear down of the pavilion such as setting out chairs and litter picking.
Days are split into shifts and are allocated according to volunteer availability. Shift timings are as follows:
8:15 – 13:00
12:00 – end of session
18:00 – end of concert
This role is open to anyone over the age of 16.
