Sponsorship Packages Include

• A quantity of complimentary VIP Tickets for designated concerts
• The opportunity to host a Reception for their guests with catering provided, at an additional cost, by the Festival’s Corporate Caterers, and to include a visit from the Festival’s President.
• As many Car Park passes and Souvenir Programmes as the sponsor’s party needs
• A dedicated ‘CROESO’ team to look after your guests
• An advertisement in the Souvenir Programme, size and position by negotiation
• The main sponsor for the day or the evening will have their logo displayed in screens on either side of the Festival stage
• All sponsors will have their name and logo displayed at prominent positions around the Festival field
• The main sponsor of an evening will be thanked by the Stage Presenter from  the main stage
• The sponsor’s banner will be displayed within the enclosure or on the Car Park/Canal Side railings
• An acknowledgement on Llangollen’s website and have a link to their own site if required
• The Festival’s PR Consultants are available to work with the sponsor  to achieve coverage of the sponsorship
• Opportunities may be provided for a sponsor’s staff to work with Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod during the week of the Festival
• The sponsor will be acknowledged in the Souvenir Programme
• If practical, the sponsor’s material may be distributed to patrons during the Festival
