Côr Penglais are an inclusive ensemble of young singers from Ysgol Penglais School in Aberystwyth. The non-auditioned ensemble aims to sing at the highest standard but also to be both enjoyable and accessible to all.
The choir recently competed in the Semi-Final at Côr Cymru for S4C, and also sang at the Senedd on St David’s Day 2020. They are currently enjoying a return to singing in normal concerts, after two years of making music through online concerts. The choir conducts during break times and lunchtimes during the school day and is open to all.
