Biography: Established in 1984 by Steve Stevens, founder-artistic director, the international award-winning Columbia Choirs, of which Columbia Children’s Choir is a part, is celebrating over three decades of performing internationally.

It is a family of international award-winning choirs; Children’s Choirs, Cantabile Vocal Ensemble (Youth Choir) and two adult choirs. With approximately 200 singers (Kindergarten through College and beyond) who come from over 15 communities, rehearsals are held in the Seattle Metropolitan area. It is the largest organization serving both male and female singers from Kindergarten through Adult in the Pacific Northwest of the United States.  The choir has toured internationally and won acclaim and numerous choral competitions since 1987.
