Biography: Deansfield Chamber Choir is a very experienced choir. They perform regularly at a variety of venues across London. For example, we will be singing at a Carols by Candlelight Concert in a central London church this December. The choir have won the Choral Shield at the Beckenham Festival for the past four years. In 2015 the choir were invited to sing the world premiere of a new work by Colin Matthews with the LPO at the Royal Festival Hall. In 2017 the choir were selected to sing at the National Festival of Music for Youth at Symphony Hall in Birmingham. The choir have competed at the International Eisteddfod on 3 previous occasions. In 2018 they were awarded 3rd place in the Junior Choir category.
