Biography:
‘One Spirit Africa’- An Afro-Fusion Band, Accra Ghanaian and Melbourne Australia based, with true Ghanaian Roots, blending powerful authentic traditional sounds with unique harmonies that reflect the blending of historical and spiritual culture with Modern Afro-Beats.
Led by Fred Nii Addo, a major Ghanaian master drummer, dancer and multi-instrumentalist, Fred is an award-winning musician and choreographer, with many years of experience previously performing in Sweden, Israel, Egypt, USA, New Zealand and many African Countries.

“One Spirit Africa’ has recorded 21 Albums crossing various genres such as
Afro High-Life; Reggae; Afro-Beats, and Jazz.
The Band performs with what can only be described as ‘Massive Engaging Energy’ -reflecting colourful traditional Culture costumes, whilst combining Ghanaian lyrics with the English language, fusing African Rhythms in a vibrant percussive style, whilst the traditional West African Drums create an amazing Dance-Vibe.
Other instruments include the Flute, contemporary Keyboard, Lead & Bass Guitars, Drum Kits and Brass instruments. All of these instruments combined, lead to an authentic, deep rhythmic, hugely percussive, engaging performance.
