Biography: Pembina Trails Voices, an auditioned multi-choir divisional organization affiliated with Pembina Trails School Division in Winnipeg, has been thrilling audiences for over 30 years nationally and internationally.
The nine choir ensembles in PTV begin at kindergarten and range to their most advanced ensemble, PTV Singers in grades 9 – 12. PTV prides itself on being the only choir organization of its kind in the province of Manitoba. In highlights from other seasons, PTV Singers has performed with the Manitoba Chamber Orchestra, competed at the Young Prague Festival and sung at Carnegie Hall in New York. Concert tours in recent years have included performing in China, in Cuba, where the PTV Singers performed with the country’s most celebrated choirs including Vocal Leo, Coralina and Exaudi Chamber Choirs of Havana, and participating at The World of Children’s Choirs Conference in Vancouver.
