Biography: The Chapel Choir of The Old Hall School is one of the school’s flagship musical groups performs throughout the year at school concerts and events, as well as leading the school’s congregational singing during chapel services. In 2018, they qualified for the final of Barnado’s Children’s Choir of the year for the first time, travelling to perform in both competition and concert at the Royal Festival Hall in London. Some of their joint performances with senior school and adult choirs in recent years have included ‘The Armed Man’, Mozart’s ‘Requiem’ and ‘Carmina Burana’ The children all very much enjoy performing in public and are enthusiastic about any performance opportunities, always aiming to bring a smile to their audience.
