Biography: The Premier Southern African songs and dance group based in the U.K. We do shows in arts centres and at festivals, we also do education work, performances, residences, collaborations/exchanges, shows, talks and other arts based projects in the U.K. across Europe and elsewhere in the world. They rehearse every fortnight in Sittingbourne Avenues Theatre.
Uzambezi Performing Arts is a self-taught Acappella (Imbube) singing and traditional dance group, which was formed in 2002. We specialise in Southern Africa singing style that is singing, dancing, Zulu traditional dance, gumboot dancing, and workshops in school, festivals and community centres.
