Biography:
Ysgol Glanaethwy is a performing arts school based in Bangor, Gwynedd and was established in 1990 by Rhian & Cefin Roberts.
The school has members from all over North Wales. With pupils ranging in age from 7 – 70 years old, everyone is welcome to attend.
Their choirs have travelled extensively over the years visiting many different musical festivals and competitions.. They have three choirs, Junior, Youth and Adult, whose aim is to give the choristers as many experiences as possible. Over the years they have visited several countries worldwide such as Italy, Bulgaria, China, Switzerland and America.
Last year, Ysgol Glanaethwy won our Choir of the World Competition.
