Professor Chris Adams
Has decades of experience as a CEO, Chair and has board experience in commercial companies, not-for-profits and charities including Unilever companies and the Royal Society of Chemistry. Experienced in organisational governance; policy and strategy development.
Reverand Rebekah Canon
Trained as a professional Actor and Theatre Director in the UK and worked in internationally on multi-disciplinary, large-scale performance and events. She is now an RAF (Anglican) Chaplain.
Grant Calton
Founder and investor in the music, film and television industries in Europe and Australia. A partner at Ironbridge Capital and business mentor to the Princes’ Trust and Guild of Mercers.
Alisson Davies
A former teacher and senior education officer, Alisson brings organisational and people skills. She specialises in safeguarding and inclusion and is currently an Independent Fostering Panel Chair for a fostering agency.
Sarah Ecob (Chair)
Sarah is the Head of Service for Economy and Culture at Conwy County Borough Council with responsibilities including Venue Cymru, Theatr Colwyn and Stadiwm CSM. Sarah is a passionate advocate of the power of arts and culture to improve wellbeing and to support the economy.
Shea Ferron
Shea is a well-known face locally and in the arts world. A final year student at The Institute for Contemporary Theatre in Manchester, he sings with Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalists: the celebrated Johns’ Boys.
John Gambles
A retired Education Officer and Teacher, John is also a Trustee of the Valle Crucis Mission Area and the Llantysilio and Rhewl Cymedeihas y Cwn.
David Hennigan
A communications professional and trained broadcast journalist, David specialises in corporate communications, media relations, advocacy and governance.
Selana Kong
Specialises in international music education, coaching, and corporate governance. Her key skills are leadership and negotiation; team dynamics and relationship management; strategic and creative thinking.
Lucy Morris
Treasurer of the Llangollen Eisteddfod since 2020, Lucy is a retired Finance Manager for Flintshire County Council and also held senior accountancy roles within the NHS and the private sector. She is a qualified accountant and internal auditor.
Karl Young
After qualifying as an architect, Karl became a landscape artist and owns the Oak Street Gallery in Llangollen. He has been a member of Llangollen Eisteddfod stage crew since 2006 and is Deputy Stage Manager.
