Biography:
Advent Euphonic Chorale is a choir championing in the 12th International Choral Festival Orientale Concentus’ Singapore for the Chamber and Folklore categories, it was established in the year 2011.
AEC’s ministry extends to different parts of the Philippines as well as abroad. Countries where the group has conducted international concert tours include Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore, and the United States of America.
The group participates in both religious and philanthropic events, which often includes sacred and gala concerts, hospital and school visitations, and acting as program participants in the church.
At present, AEC comprises students and young professionals alike. The director, Mr. Ray Angelo Capiendo, finished his Masters of Music in Choral Conducting at St. Paul University Manila, with an academic award of Cum Laude under Professor Eudenice Palaruan and Professor Oliver Rodriguez.
To date, the group has already released three albums entitled “The Reason We Sing”, “Music, A Gift From God”, and “How Sweet the Sound”.
Through its songs, the Advent Euphonic Chorale endeavours to reach more people and be a vessel of God’s love, hope, and peace.
