Celebrate the vibrant musical heartbeat of modern Wales with Global Rhythms: Made in Wales – an exhilarating evening that blends Welsh creativity with worldwide influences at the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod 2026.
Headlining the night is N’famady Kouyaté, the Guinean-Welsh multi-instrumentalist whose high-energy performances fuse West African rhythms with indie, pop and traditional Welsh music. His electrifying blend of balafon, percussion and joyful vocals has made him one of Wales’s most exciting and dynamic artists.
Joining him are the inimitable Band Pres Llareggub, bringing their signature brass-driven, genre-bending sound – with a special appearance fromSage Todz, one of Wales’s most distinctive and forward-thinking rap voices. Together they create a vibrant musical collision of brass, hip hop, folk and global grooves.
The evening also features the Children’s Choir of the World Final, showcasing extraordinary young voices from across the globe, and the festival’s iconic Parade of Nations – a colourful, flag-filled celebration of the unity and friendship at the heart of the Eisteddfod.
