Bharatiya Vrund Gaan (BVG: the Indian Choir) will take part in the Adult Folk Song Choirs on Friday 10th July. They will also perform on the Globe Stage at 17:30 on Friday 10th July.

BVG, the Indian choir for adults is the UK’s first Indian choirs, conceived in 2014.
Over 60 Adults choir members selected through formal audition and invitation sing for pleasure.The traditional choir is unique, sings in seven Indian languages. Varieties of music includes Raga based Tarana, Vedic Chants, Patriotic Songs, Famous Poetry and Songs of four seasons. Dr. Rakesh Joshi introduced the concept of the first Indian choir in the UK, for the youth and adults. These singers are from Greater Manchester, London, Merseyside, Yorkshire, Chester, Tameside, Bolton, Croydon, Harrow, Watford and Midlands. The choir is managed by BVG Trust advisory committee of the UK.
