Mold Town Concert Band will be competing in the Community Bands competition held on the Globe Stage on Saturday the 11th of July.

Biography:
The band was originally formed as the Argoed Concert Band in 1997 and was later adopted by Mold Town Council in 1999, we eventually became Mold Town Concert Band. We are open to all ages from school students through to retired members. The band is a registered charity and receives support from the Mold Town Council in return for ‘official duties’ such as the Remembrance Sunday Parade, playing at the switching on of Christmas illuminations and at Mold Carnival. Performances encompass a variety of venues, both open-air and indoors, in the immediate locality and beyond in the Chester, Liverpool and North Wales areas.
