Band Pres YDB is Ysgol Dinas Bran’s New Orleans style performance band. The ensemble was formed to create a twist on the traditional school band. Made up of the top wind and percussion players in school, we look forward to entertaining you this evening and a number of crowds in the future. The school is working closely with the successful band, Band Pres Llaregub, who were part of a BBC programme that traced the origins of Jazz in New Orleans. Band Press Llaregub have kindly donated music and are going to come into school to work with the students in the summer term.
