An exciting player whose chief influences include the legendary John Coltrane and Dexter Gordon plus Latin players David Sanchez and Maraca, Casey has been leading bands in the UK since the late 90s and his Latin Four, which features three more outstanding musicians, Paul Kilvington (keyboards), Ben Markland (bass) and Simon King (drums), has been described as “an intricately, tightly woven tapestry of Latin Jazz”.
