Erwyd le Fol is the official jester of Conwy in North Wales, a very prestigious role, and he’s only the second person to hold the post since 1295! Erwyd’s show is a mix of the modern and the medieval. Many of the tricks you’ll see were thought to have been lost to history and have had to be rediscovered and pieced back together by studying images and descriptions of the acts of long-forgotten jesters of the past.
