Biography: The Folk Lore Dance Association is a folk dance group including boys and girls. The group organises workshops, to teach people about their traditional dances and their culture. Furthermore, the team performs for charity events and give coaching lessons in different schools and colleges. The dance group rehearse three times a week in their own practice hall.
In February 2018, the group arranged a free cancer awareness camp with about 400 visitors. They are proud to represent India’s folk dance at national and international festivals and events, and have already performed at the Eisteddfod in 2007 and 2009.
