Gilson’s musical career spans over 50 years from playing with the Starlights, backing troubadors such as Edwin Starr and The Platters and being a member of Squeeze. He was invited by Jools Holland to join his Big Band – a duo of piano and drums in 1990. The Bank has played regularly with some of the most influential and recognised performers worldwide.
