Brenig

Daniel Laws (guitar, vocals & composer) formed BRENIG with friends Mandy Martin (mandolin, guitar and vocals) and Mary Martin (fiddle) in 2012 to perform his songs. Mary left the band last year but will join them on the occasional local concert and future recording.

The Ballet Pod

The Ballet Pod made its debut performance in Chirk in 2007. Its members are a family group – Clare, Michael and Ann Wall – under the artistic direction of former Royal Ballet dancer Richard Slaughter, who trained all three dancers to advanced level in the Cecchetti Method of classical ballet.

Tenovus Cancer Care Choir

Sing with Us Wrexham are one of a network of 18 choirs run through the charity Tenovus Cancer Care. The choirs consist of cancer patients, cancer survivors, carers and those bereaved through cancer.

The Glaaswalkers

We are usually 2 Blokes, 1 woman, 1 fiddle, 1 guitar, 3 squeezeboxes, 7 gob irons, and various whistles and percussion. Playing folky bluesy country tuneage. 

Southern Shaolin Temple

 The performance team was formed about 15 years ago. The team has performed all of South East Asia over the last year during a tour of the Silkroad.

Mair Thomas

Mair was brought up in Montgomeryshire in a Welsh speaking family, where she grew up in the chapel and eisteddfod tradition. She sings both in English and Welsh, and has an interest in traditional Welsh songs.

Jacqui Blore is a professional musician, story teller and crafter. She is best known for her work as The Story Teller and Piccolos Music, as well as being an integral part of the classical music scene throughout the North West.
