Arioso, Seattle Children’s Chorus will be joining us on Wednesday the 8th of July for the Senior Children’s choirs competition. They will also be appearing in the Children’s Folk Song Choirs competition on Thursday the 9th of July.

Biography:
Arioso is the top treble chorus of the Seattle Children’s Chorus. Meeting once a week under the direction of Dr. Jean-Marie Kent, choristers ages 12-18 sing a wide range of repertoire from folk songs to newly commissioned works. They have performed for community events, private galas, and collaborations with orchestras. Arioso is one of seven choirs in SCC, and about half of Arioso’s choristers are touring to Scotland, Wales, and England this summer.
