Mooi is the musical duo of Rachel Lloyd and Laura Dickenson, formed in 2000 after years of performing together. Blending rich vocal harmonies with acoustic folk-inspired songwriting, they became known for intimate live performances across the UK. Their music earned a loyal following, with songs such as Sway continuing to be enjoyed by listeners. Although life eventually took them in different directions, their friendship remains strong. In 2024, they released Live 2004, a collection of recordings from a memorable performance at Central Station, Wrexham, celebrating the music and memories they created together.
