Pontarddulais Male Choir will be performing in the Male Voice Choirs competition held on Sunday the 12th of July.

Biography:
Pontarddulais Male Choir was formed in 1960 by the late Noel Davies MBE, the choir’s conductor until 2002, the choir evolving from a youth group that Noel had conducted. Under Noel’s direction the choir won a total of 10 Welsh National Eisteddfod and 1 Llangollen Eisteddfod competitions. The current accompanist is David Last who has been with the choir for 18 years. Sixteen overseas tours have been undertaken, including Canada, United States of America and several European countries.
The choir has raised many hundreds of thousands of pounds have been raised for charity over the years and the choir’s remarkable story has flowered for over sixty years with exciting new challenges on the way for 2026.
