Seindorf Arian Llanrug will be joining us on Saturday 11th July and will take part in the Community Bands competition. This competition will be held on The Globe Stage.

Biography:
Llanrug Silver Band was formed in the early 1860s as a village band in a quarrying area in northwest Wales. The brass band has been a very important part of the Llanrug community over the years, with a strong presence in many events and activities in the village and the wider area.
The band has gradually grown over the past few years and has been performing regularly under the conductorship of Hefin Evans at various concerts and events. Most recently, the band won the Fourth Section Brass Band Competition at this year’s National Eisteddfod in Wrexham, where they performed an entertainment programme. The band enjoys contributing to the community by playing at annual events such as Remembrance Sunday in Caernarfon, the Snowdonia Marathon and Felinheli Carnival.
