Sukhmani Folk Promotion Club will be joining us Saturday 11th July, taking part in Traditional Folk-Dance Group and Open Dance Group competitions.  These competitions will be held in the Main Pavilion. During their time with us they will also be participating in non-competitive performances on and around the Eisteddfod field.

Biography:

Sukhmani Folk Promotion Club is a cultural platform established in 2002 which is dedicated to preserving and promoting the rich heritage of Punjabi folk traditions. With a special focus on the vibrant art of Bhangra, the club has proudly represented Punjabi culture on global stages and during international tours, showcasing authentic Bhangra performances. The club has a YouTube channel which showcases exclusive behind-the-scenes content offering insights into  rehearsals, travels, and team spirit.

The club is committed to expanding these opportunities even further, ensuring that the next generation carries forward the pride, passion, and legacy of Punjabi folk culture to countless countries and audiences around the world.
