STUDIO ANTARA will be joining us Thursday 9th July and Saturday 11th July, taking part in the Children’s Traditional Folk-Dance Group, Dancing in the Street, Traditional Folk-Dance Group, Open Dance Group and Ballroom/Social Dancing (duet/trio) competitions. These competitions will be held in the main Pavilion and the Centenary Square.

Studio Antara is based in Jalandhar, Punjab (India) and is a leading center for dance and creative arts. It is dedicated to helping students explore, engage, and express their creativity. It was founded with the belief that dance is a pathway to happiness and self-expression.
The studio offers training in a variety of dance styles and is known for its vibrant choreography, disciplined training, and ability to blend traditional Indian rhythms with modern movement and storytelling. The group has performed widely across India, presenting pieces that celebrate culture, emotion, and unity through dance.
For the Llangollen Eisteddfod 2026, Studio Antara aims to present a performance that captures the spirit of India, showcasing intricate footwork, expressive gestures, and powerful formations that reflect both cultural heritage and creative innovation.
