Y rocwyr indie o’r Alban The Fratellis a cherddorion enwog Glannau Merswy The Coral yn dod ag Eisteddfod Gerddorol Ryngwladol Llangollen 2019 i ben mewn steil.
Daeth Llanfest Llangollen, diwrnod olaf yr Eisteddfod Ryngwladol flynyddol, i ben mewn dathliad mawr neithiwr (dydd Sul 7fed Gorffennaf) gyda pherfformiadau gwefreiddiol gan The Fratellis a The Coral.
Cyhoeddodd Eisteddfod Gerddorol Ryngwladol Llangollen heddiw y bydd clwb cerddoriaeth enwocaf y byd, The Cavern Club, yn cynnal llwyfan pop-yp am y tro cyntaf erioed yn yr ŵyl eleni. Fe fydd artistiaid o’r clwb yn Lerpwl yn ymuno hefo’r Kaiser Chiefs ym mharti olaf yr ŵyl, Llanfest, ar ddydd Sul 8fed Gorffennaf – union 50 mlynedd ers rhyddhau ffilm cartŵn y Beatles, Yellow Submarine.
Bydd y cydweithrediad cyffrous hwn yn gweld cerddorion preswyl The Cavern Club yn diddanu cynulleidfaoedd Llangollen gyda pherfformiadau ar Lwyfan Glôb Lindop Toyota.
Mae’r clwb eiconig wedi bod wrth galon sîn gerddoriaeth Lerpwl am dros saith degawd ac mae’n bwriadu dathlu hanes cerddoriaeth The Beatles yn yr ŵyl, trwy drefnu amryw o berfformiadau gan gantorion profiadol o Lerpwl.
